Refund policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to submit a return request within 15 days upon receipt of your item.
Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, complete with all original tags and intact original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed shipping guidelines. Any items returned without prior official approval will be rejected.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Kindly contact us at once if you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, and we will verify and resolve the issue properly. Please note: For returns without quality issues, the buyer shall bear all return shipping fees and relevant taxes.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: perishable goods (including food, flowers and plants), custom-made and personalized products, personal care and beauty items. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are also non-returnable. Please contact our customer service if you need confirmation for your specific product.
All sale items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to apply for a return for your current product. After your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the new item separately.
Refund Terms
We will notify you of the review result after we receive and inspect your returned items (refund approved or rejected). If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please kindly understand that banks or credit card issuers may need additional time to process and post the refund.
