Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and official holidays). Shipping may be slightly delayed due to stock shortages, large promotional events or force majeure situations, and we will notify you of the order status via email in a timely manner.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and tracking link via email for real-time shipment tracking. Standard international shipping takes 7–20 business days for delivery. The actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance efficiency, local logistics conditions, weather and other uncontrollable factors.

Customs & Taxes

International orders may incur tariffs, VAT and other customs fees in the destination country/region, which shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, detention risks or shipping delays caused by customs clearance.

Logistics Exception Handling

If you encounter logistics abnormalities such as no updated tracking information for a long time, package loss or transportation detention, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in checking logistics information, contacting the shipping carrier and resolving relevant issues.

Delivery Instructions

Please sign for your package in a timely manner and check the outer packaging upon delivery. If you find severe packaging damage or missing items, please take photos as valid proof and contact us immediately for verification and solution. Any loss or fees caused by unauthorized refusal of signature or package abandonment shall be borne by the buyer.
